Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the strategic and time-intensive nature of all UX sprints, a 50% initial deposit is required to secure your project start date. This deposit is non-refundable once the project has been scheduled and the initial discovery phase has begun, as time and resources are allocated in advance.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a sprint must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may be subject to a $250 rescheduling fee.
Client Participation: All sprints are collaborative and rely on timely client feedback and communication. Delays in feedback may impact the project timeline and delivery. Extended delays may result in:
Incomplete implementation within the original sprint window, or
The need to reschedule remaining work
Project Completion & Final Delivery: Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final once the project has been completed and delivered. No refunds will be issued after final files, assets, or site transfers have been provided.

Terms of Service
By engaging with Mindful Life Mastery LLC, doing business as MindLife Designs ("Designer"), you ("Client") agree to the following:
Scope of Work: Services are limited to the design and development of a Framer website as defined in the project proposal. Any work outside this scope (e.g., logo design, copywriting, advanced SEO) will require a separate agreement.
Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the website for their business. Designer retains ownership of all underlying design structures, reusable components, and "base templates."
Client Responsibilities: Client must provide all brand assets, copy, and images at least 48 hours prior to the project start date. Failure to provide assets on time may result in project delays or rescheduling fees.
Portfolio & Promotional Use: Designer retains the right to display completed work, including screenshots, descriptions of the project, and the Client's business name and logo, in Designer's portfolio, case studies, website, and marketing materials. Client may request in writing that specific work be excluded, and Designer will honor that request.
Limitation of Liability: Total liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client to the Designer.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Data Usage: Your information is used strictly to communicate regarding your project, provide services, and process payments. I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Tools: I use trusted third-party services to run my business, including Framer (hosting/analytics) and Stripe/Square (payment processing). These providers have their own privacy policies regarding your data.
Cookies: This site uses cookies to support core functionality and to understand how visitors use the site through Framer's built-in analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.
Data Retention: I keep your information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or accounting obligations. Inquiry records from projects that don't move forward are deleted within two years.
Your Rights: You may request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email camille@mindlifedesigns.com and I'll respond within 30 days.
