Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and time-intensive nature of the 3-Day and 14-Day design sprints, the 50% initial deposit is non-refundable once a date is secured and the discovery phase has concluded.
Rescheduling: Requests to move a project date made less than 48 hours before the start date are subject to a $250 rescheduling fee.
Feedback Delays: Project timelines depend on active client participation. Significant delays in feedback during the scheduled sprint may result in an unfinished build or a forfeiture of the remaining project time.
Final Sales: No refunds are issued after the final project handoff and site transfer have occurred.

Terms of Service
By engaging with Mindful Life Mastery LLC (“Designer”), you (“Client”) agree to the following:
Scope of Work: Services are limited to the design and development of a Framer website as defined in the project proposal. Any work outside this scope (e.g., logo design, copywriting, advanced SEO) will require a separate agreement.
Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the website for their business. Designer retains ownership of all underlying design structures, reusable components, and "base templates."
Client Responsibilities: Client must provide all brand assets, copy, and images at least 48 hours prior to the project start date. Failure to provide assets on time may result in project delays or rescheduling fees.
Limitation of Liability: Total liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client to the Designer.
