• Information I collect: I collect your name, email address, and project details only when you voluntarily submit them through my contact form or project intake.

• How I use it: Your information is used to communicate about your project, provide services, and process payments. I don’t sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

• Third-party tools: I use trusted services to run my business, including Framer (website hosting and analytics) and Stripe/Square (payment processing). These providers have their own privacy policies.

• Cookies: This site uses cookies to support core functionality and to understand how visitors use the site through Framer’s built-in analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.

• Data retention: I keep your information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or accounting obligations. Inquiries from projects that don’t move forward are deleted within two years.

• Your rights: You can request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email camille@mindlifedesigns.com and I’ll respond within 30 days.

• Children: This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.
