Refund Policy

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your project start date. The deposit is non-refundable once your project has been scheduled and the discovery phase has begun, since time and resources are reserved for your project in advance.

Rescheduling: Requests to move your project start date must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 48 hours may be subject to a $250 rescheduling fee.

Client participation: Projects are collaborative and depend on timely feedback and content. Extended delays may mean work isn’t completed within the original timeline, or that remaining work needs to be rescheduled.

Final delivery: Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final once the project has been completed and delivered. No refunds are issued after final files, assets, or site transfers have been provided.
