These terms apply to everyone who visits mindlifedesigns.com, operated by Mindful Life Mastery LLC, doing business as MindLife Designs.

• Portfolio work: Client projects are shown with permission. Client names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

• No guarantees: Information on this site is general and provided “as is.” Viewing this site doesn’t create a client relationship.

Client projects
By engaging with Mindful Life Mastery LLC, doing business as MindLife Designs (“Designer”), you (“Client”) agree to the following. Each client’s signed project agreement governs their specific project.

• Scope of work: Services are limited to the design and development of a Framer website as defined in the project proposal. Work outside this scope (such as logo design, copywriting, or advanced SEO) requires a separate agreement.

• Intellectual property: Upon final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the website for their business. Designer retains ownership of all underlying design structures, reusable components, and base templates.

• Client responsibilities: Client must provide all brand assets, copy, and images at least 48 hours before the project start date. Late assets may result in project delays or rescheduling fees.

• Portfolio and promotional use: Designer may display completed work, including screenshots, project descriptions, and the Client’s business name and logo, in Designer’s portfolio, case studies, website, and marketing materials. Client may request in writing that specific work be excluded, and Designer will honor that request.

• Limitation of liability: Total liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client to the Designer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
